1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at www.msnickysbodyshop.com, booking a service, or communicating with Ms Nicky's Body Shop ("MNBS," "we," "us," or "our") via any channel including SMS, email, or phone, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

By using our website, booking a service, or opting in to SMS communications from Ms Nicky's Body Shop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly provide services to or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a person under 18 has submitted personal information or booked a service without parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information and cancel the booking.

Services for minors may be considered on a case-by-case basis with documented parental or guardian consent. Please contact us directly to discuss.

3. About Ms Nicky's Body Shop

Ms Nicky's Body Shop is a wellness and bodywork practice specializing in advanced lymphatic drainage, Lymphomodelling®, SMRT therapeutic massage, burn and scar recovery, biofield tuning, and related wellness services. We operate locations in Piscataway, New Jersey and Englewood, Colorado.

All services are by appointment only. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

• Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with reasonable advance notice
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at MNBS's discretion
• MNBS reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at any time
• Health intake information must be completed honestly and accurately before your first session

Services provided by Ms Nicky's Body Shop are therapeutic bodywork and wellness services. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition, injury, or health concern, consult a qualified healthcare provider before booking.

By booking a service, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant health conditions and that you have been cleared by a healthcare provider where applicable. MNBS is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed health conditions.

7. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept payment through Square. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of MNBS management.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on www.msnickysbodyshop.com — including text, branding, imagery, course materials, and service descriptions — is the property of Ms Nicky's Body Shop. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Lymphatic Intelligence™ is a trademark of Ms Nicky's Body Shop. Lymphomodelling® is a registered trademark used under proper training and certification.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ms Nicky's Body Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
