Ms Nicky is an approved VA Community Care provider in New Jersey and Colorado. If you're a veteran enrolled in VA health care, you may be eligible to receive therapeutic bodywork at no out-of-pocket cost.
Your VA benefits can cover your sessions here.
Through the VA Community Care Program, eligible veterans can receive care from approved providers outside of VA facilities — including therapeutic massage for chronic pain, musculoskeletal conditions, stress, and recovery support.
Ms Nicky is a credentialed Community Care provider at both the NJ and CO locations. Once your VA authorizes the referral, you come in, receive your session, and pay nothing. The VA handles the rest.
How to get started
Talk to your VA provider
Schedule an appointment with your VA primary care or pain management provider. Let them know you're interested in therapeutic massage for your condition and ask about a Community Care referral.
Request Ms Nicky's Body Shop by name
When your provider submits the referral and VA Community Care contacts you to coordinate, request Ms Nicky's Body Shop specifically. Having the name ready speeds up the process.
Receive your authorization letter
Once approved, you'll receive a written authorization letter. Bring this to your first appointment — sessions cannot begin without it.
Book your session
Contact us directly to schedule. Let us know you're coming in through VA Community Care and we'll take it from there. You pay nothing out of pocket.
Important: All sessions must be pre-authorized by the VA before your appointment. We are unable to see VA-referred clients without a written authorization letter in hand. If you have questions about your eligibility or referral status, contact your VA primary care team or the VA Community Care office directly.
